CLM’s integral role in developing Land Rights policy specifically for EV chargers, ensures the streamline delivery of land consents.

We deliver efficient projects for those committed to best service.

Delivering the difference

We also provide specialist advice to Connection Providers in relation to proposed routes and regularly carry out route proving exercises in order to provide clarity on any possible consents, as early as possible. This involves our team reviewing a proposed route(s) and identifying any third-party interests.

We are experienced in managing complex third-party negotiations with landowners, Network Rail, Canals and Rivers Trust, The Crown Estate and other national stakeholders.

Simplifying Land Rights

We work with independent connection providers and developers to assess proposed routes of installation.

We review points of connection and incoming cable routes to ensure a project is deliverable to the client’s preferred timescale. We highlight third party interests quickly and deal with any land negotiations quickly and efficiently to ensure a project is fully consented without delay.

CLM are recognised within the industry as being the ‘go-to’ land rights service provider and are proud to be the sole provider for a number of independent distribution network operators.
