Happy CLM Anniversary

What a 2 years it has been for Sahdia Sarwat!

Today Sahdia celebrates 2 years with CLM and what an amazing 24 months she has had. Joining us as a Technical Administrator and learning everything from carrying out Land Registry and Highways searches, preparing legal instructions and negotiating Heads of Terms, she soon found herself being promoted to Project Co-ordinator.

A highly regarded member of the CLM team, Sahdia applied her experience in the industry to gain even more knowledge and understanding of Land Rights, assisting with client training and meetings nationwide and more recently completing a management and leadership course. It is little wonder that Sahdia is now leading her own team at CLM, as a Senior Project Co-ordinator. A consummate professional, Sahdia leads her team in a collaborative style; supporting and motivating whilst trusting their judgement and abilities.

Mike Beckwith, Project Co-ordinator said, ‘Sahdia is a great line manager. She is really approachable with any sort of query and always takes the time to consider the issue properly before responding’.

Mike is not alone in his praise of Sahdia’s management style, Diane Stevenson, Project Co-ordinator adds, ‘Sahdia is always willing to help, no matter how busy she is herself. If she is unsure of an answer we need, she will do what is required to get the answer for us. She is kind, approachable, unassuming and an absolute pleasure to work with, possessing the sweetest of natures and quite a cheeky sense of humour!’

It was a pleasure arranging this wonderful bespoke hamper for Sahdia to enjoy. The Little Hamper Company sourced items to Sahdia’s tastes and included tea, chocolates and a candle all from local suppliers.
