CLM winning the SBS with Theo was a real highlight. It was incredible to be acknowledged in business by someone with so much experience. We were recognised through our social media channels and website which makes this particularly special as it shows how much our team spirit and our commitment to our core values shines through.

During COVID, the team have pulled together to support the business and each other. We always say we are like a big family but the COVID lockdown reinforced this. Those who were not furloughed did all they could to ensure we continued to thrive and we are so grateful for everyone’s support.

My highlight of the year was being promoted to a Senior Project Coordinator and having the opportunity to manage a team and help them to achieve their work objectives.

My highlights for the last 12 months was to fully integrate our incredible CRM system as well as attain my certificate in Leadership & Management.

There have been SO many amazing moments over the last year; working with and being accredited as an ‘Investors In People’ was a true accolade and something we are all very proud of.

My highlight over the last 12 months has been how resilient CLM has been during Covid. We have continued to work hard and as a team we have consistently provided the same standard of service to our clients. We are one of a few fortunate companies able to continue working through this difficult time and I feel that the resources provided have helped us to continue delivering an outstanding service.

NICKY FERGUSON

My highlight was to get a super urgent completion sorted in 7 days. With the help of our team, UKPS, Shakespeare Martineau and the client all working together with great communication and a ‘we can do this’ attitude. Excellent communication is so vital to business success!

LUCIEN GARTON

September will mark 10 years from when I first started as a CAD Technician / Draughtsman and I thoroughly enjoy running and managing the CLM design department, a company I love working for. In addition, we now have a promising apprentice on board who I am able to teach and share my CAD expertise!

CLM is an absolute privilege and blessing to work for. The speed with which the Directors reacted to COVID-19 has been incredible. Their flexible approach to allowing the Team to be able to work from home and their commitment to ensuring all colleagues are completely safe when returning to the office environment has been overwhelming. I feel very valued as an employee and am grateful every day for being a member of the CLM Team!

I would have to say that my highlight has been having Ella join the team. She has not only been a massive support to me, but also training her has helped me grow in confidence.

My highlight from the past 7 months of working at CLM has been learning about a completely new industry. Specifically learning how to use CAD in this type of work. The CAD skills I will gain from working at CLM will set me up perfectly for the future.

I’m extremely grateful to be working in an office environment where measures have been put in place to keep us safe and comfortable. It’s also amazing that CLM were able to keep ‘business as usual’ by setting up technologies to work from home effectively. It has been such a seamless transition and one that worked so well!
